This property was vacant when we took it over in 2000. We renovated it completely (including the development of a restaurant).

We took over the administration of this building in the summer of 2007. It is in the classic German building-style of Gründerzeit.
It was in the spring of 2010 completely restructured and modernized including floor plans that have been adapted to the demands of modern living and the use of energy sustainable systems.

Very near Bornholmerstrasse and Schönhäuser Allee is 7 Kopenhagenerstraße. Here we have 21 residential and two commercial units that were in February 2006 included in our administration. Thanks to the unique architecture and the popular residential location, both our tenants and us have much pleasure in this building.

We have bought this property in summer 2008. It’s an old building from the 60th of the last century.
It will be completely modernized. A new roof / topflat will replanish the building. Until summer 2009 the building will be converted into a condominimum association.
